Dumplings and gyoza

Dumplings are one of the most traditional and commonly eaten Asian cuisines. A variety of fillings of meat, seafood, poultry and vegetables are wrapped in thin floury pastry, eaten both as everyday meals or on special festivals. Dumplings can be steamed, boiled or pan-fried - to be enjoyed as a meal or a quick snack, any time.  The Japanese-style pan-fried dumpling is called gyoza, and they are designed to have a crispy, flat base - best enjoyed with a cold Asahi.

wontons

Delicious and juicy fillings are wrapped in paper-thin egg-based pastry, ready to be put in soups, fried for finger food, or drenched in chilli oil for a wake-up call to your tastebuds.

Buns

Succulent fillings encased in fluffy soft pastry, buns are the ultimate food-on-the-go. Our extensive flavour range includes traditional and fusion styles, in both savoury and sweet options.

DIm sum

Dim Sums are small exquisite tidbits often served at Hong-Kong styled lunches, or Yum Char. They can be small buns, or dumplings, but can refer to any bite-sized Asian canapes. The most common are Shao Mai, which contain pork or chicken fillings steamed inside a half-cup style wrapper; and Har Gao, prawn dumplings wrapped in translucent and delicate rice pastry.

Gua bao

The Gua Bao originated from Taiwan but now enjoys global popularity. We are the only manufacturer that makes these buns locally - the fluffy soft pastry used in the traditional bun is made into a flat curved shape with no fillings inside, for you to create your own combinations.
